SMS Messaging & A2P 10DLC Compliance
VitaRelay sends SMS messages to users who explicitly opt in during account registration. This page documents our messaging program, consent flow, and consumer disclosures in accordance with CTIA Messaging Principles & Best Practices, the TCPA, and U.S. carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.

Consumer consent & opt-in flow
Consumers opt in to SMS messaging through a self-service web form during account registration on vitarelay.com/register. Opt-in is never assumed, pre-checked, or required to use the platform. A user can create and use a VitaRelay account without opting in to SMS.

Carrier approval reference — every outbound message identifies the sender as VitaRelay and includes opt-out instructions. HELP and STOP keywords are honored automatically by our SMS provider.

Mobile information & data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors supporting our messaging program, such as our SMS delivery provider (Twilio), is permitted only to operate the messaging service itself. All other categories of personal information exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

VitaRelay does not send, and prohibits its users from sending through the platform, any content in the following CTIA-restricted categories:
