VitaRelay provides telehealth technology and care coordination services to patients throughout the United States.
Our telehealth services are available in 49 U.S. states and the District of Columbia through licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners. VitaRelay does not currently offer telehealth services in New Jersey. Patients are matched only with medical providers who are licensed to practice in the patient's state of residence, and prescriptions are fulfilled only by pharmacies authorized to dispense medications in the applicable jurisdiction.
Treatment availability may vary based on state and federal regulations, medical appropriateness, provider availability, and the specific medication or treatment requested. Some medications or treatment programs may not be available in every jurisdiction due to applicable laws or clinical guidelines.
Patients will be asked to verify their state of residence during the registration process. If a requested treatment is unavailable in a patient's jurisdiction or is not medically appropriate, patients will be informed before treatment is provided.
